Spinvape.ca offers a couple of shipping options to customers.

• Free shipping for order over $49 in Canada. (Standard Shipping)
• Free shipping for order over $99 in Canada. (Express Shipping)

• Free delivery for order over $49 in most GTA areas. (Same Day Delivery)
• Free delivery for order over $49 to Montreal (Next Day Delivery)

Shipping Details

【Standard Shipping】

For orders under $49, a $10 flat rate standard shipping fee;

For orders over $49, standard shipping fees will be waived;

Standard Shipping( 3-9 business days);

【Express Shipping】

For orders under $99, a $20 flat rate express shipping fee;

For orders over $99, express shipping fees will be waived;

1-2 business days regionally, Ontario;

2-6 business days nationally for the rest of Canada (Delivery time varies depending on regions);

【Same Day Delivery】

Spend $49 for free delivery, $10 for order under $49.

Order By 11:30AM (Montreal &Quebec City Area) to Receive your order the next day!

GTA Area

• Same-Day Delivery: If you place your order before 11:30 AM on a working day, it will be delivered on the same day.
• Next-Day Delivery: If you place your order after 11:30 AM on a working day, it will be delivered the next day.

Montreal/Quebec City Area

• Next-Day Delivery: If you place your order before 11:30 AM on a working day, it will be delivered the next day.
• Day-After-Next Delivery: If you place your order after 11:30 AM on a working day, it will be delivered the day after next.

Please note that all order placement times, processing times, and delivery times are on working days. No orders are processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Regarding local delivery, please leave a note when placing your order if you require an in-person signature upon delivery.

Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Please consider that holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
